Q: Is the condo FHA approved?
A: The HOA board voted not to renew the FHA approval for the community, so it is not FHA approved.  However there are many good non-FHA loans available out there, many of which loan officers tell me are better than FHA loans now that FHA requires life of the loan PMI payments. 
Q: What does the HOA fee cover?
A: The HOA Fees  include the following Insurance, Street Light Electrical, Garbage, Yard Care including lawn mowing, snow removal & sprinkler repair, Decks, exterior repairs, and management.

Q: Is there a clubhouse?
A: There is no clubhouse.  Many years ago they converted it into an apartment and rent it out to help keep the HOA dues low.

Q: Who owns and maintains the fenced back yard areas?
A:The fenced back yards are limited common area.  It is owned by the HOA, but for the exclusive use of the owner to whom it is attached.  The individual owners maintain their own backyards.
